Spam policy Moerstaal.nl

Moerstaal.nl offers her (75.000) customers (email-)services on the internet. Use of a forwarding emailadres, a startpage, a homepage redirect or a homepage. Our users can choose from 1500 domainnamens (domainsharing). In return for these services our users can choose a free subscription in which case they receive a weekly commercial mailing. New users can read this very clearly and have to press a "I AGREE" button. We consider this an opt in system. If users rather not have this weekly mailing, they can choose for a paid subscription. Moerstaal will not sell mailadresses to third parties. Moerstaal may use partners, but will always have a written contract for the use of the adresses. Also Moerstaal checks the use of the adresses.
Also Moerstaal has about 50 supporting websites, all under the same ip-number. All these websites follow the same (strict) rules; opt in, block spammers etc.Moerstaal is a strong opposer of spam and opt-out mailings. If one of our users sends unwanted mail of floods newsgroups their account will be blocked and removed.

Reply to spam reports at the same adress

Moerstaal biedt haar gebruikers vele diensten gratis aan. In ruil voor de gratis diensten ontvangt de gebruiker wekelijks een commerciele mailing. Als de gebruiker dit niet wil, kan worden gekozen voor een betaald abonnement. Moerstaal beschouwt de mailing als "opt-in" en de nieuwe gebruiker moet klikken op "IK GA ACCOORD" waarbij zeer duidelijk zichtbaar is dat er een wekelijkse mailing wordt gestuurd. Als een gebruiker zich schuldig maakt aan het sturen van ongevraagde mail of nieuwsgroepen bevuilt met veel berichten, wordt het account geblokkeerd en verwijderd.
Moerstaal verkoop de adressen niet aan derden. Wel kan gebruik worden gemaakt van een partner, waarbij waarborgen worden gebruikt zoals een schriftelijke overeenkomst en een beveiligde inlog/controle.
